Greg is married to his childhood sweetheart and has three adult children. When he occasionally switches off, he can be found on the golf course, reading a book, or sharing a fine red with friends.

John’s primary focus now is as Director of Amicum, which is a specialist Aged Care and Retirement Living agency handling the sale and acquisition of aged care facilities Australia wide and retirement village units and apartments in Greater Melbourne.

Penny Cooper
Finance Manager
Following a career in the medical industry, Penny moved into I.T. and management and commenced her Real Estate Career in 2002. Primarily working in Administration and Commercial Property Management, Penny undertook her full Real Estate License and is now responsible for the Trust Accounting, Office Management and oversees the day to day running of the office. Her organisational and follow up skills have made her the quiet achiever and problem solver.
Penny is married to Greg and has three grown children. In her spare time, Penny enjoys walking, Pilates, entertaining, reading and time with her family and friends.
Penny is passionate about Ethics in Real Estate and client care. Penny is a vital part of this team.

Celene Yeap
Property Manager
Celene joined the Cooper Newman family and strives to provide a delicate balance of customer service between tenants and landlords. She aims to arrange a seamless process for people to find their next home. Celene is also able to converse in English and Chinese allowing for better communication with people of diverse backgrounds.
When Celene is not working, she enjoys catching up on TV series, playing computer games, and taking her baby (but old) Maltese, Casper, to the park.

Eeco Chen
Assistant Property Manager
Eeco is enthusiastic about her new job. She is a very organised and disciplined person. Helping people find suitable and happy new homes means a lot to her. She speaks both English and Mandarin so she can assist both her clients and tenants effectively in their needs.
She is a member of Chinese Children’s Culture and Art Promotion Association. In her spare time, she is also a Pipa teacher who is certified by The Central Conservatory of Music. She also loves travelling and baking cakes.

Una Pietrangelo
Sales Secretary
Una has been with Cooper Newman for twenty years working at our busy reception desk undertaking numerous tasks. She handles all the administration needs associated with the sales department, whilst juggling phones, clients coming into the office and the demands of a busy sales team. Una has the ability to do several tasks at once and knows what, where and when for every file. Una is responsible for the training of new administration staff and keeps a keen eye on things to ensure everything runs as it should. Una is highly valued and something of an anchor point within the team. All of this is probably why she won Receptionist of the Year at the 2014 Australasian Real Estate Awards.
In her spare time, Una enjoys time with her family, going to the gym, cooking and playing tennis. Una’s commitment to client care is to be applauded.

Ai Kean Yeap
Sales
Being a rookie in the real estate industry, Ai Kean joins Cooper Newman with the desire for excellence and growth in her area of work. A determined, enthusiastic and motivated person, Ai Kean not only support the whole Sales Team in the smooth running of the sales process, she also lends a helping hand to the other areas of the Cooper Newman team.
In her spare time, Ai Kean likes gardening, theatre shows, travelling and playing games.

Ross Sullivan
Sales
Ross has had over 20 years’ experience buying and selling real estate and delights in providing the highest level of customer service. In particular, he enjoys building long term relationships with the satisfaction that comes from helping clients to enjoy the experience of selling or buying their home or investment property. Making the process as easy as possible is a key objective.
After doing a knockdown rebuild Ross caught the development bug and enjoys helping people in their own buying, selling or development journey.
In his spare time Ross enjoys spending time with his wife Jane and 5 kids and loves to travel to exotic places all over the world.

Lucas Kilian
Sales Assistant
Lucas comes to us straight from Monash University. A young passionate member of our team, he supports our sales staff by performing a range of administrative roles throughout Cooper Newman.
Outside of work, Lucas can be found studying to complete his Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in German and Geographical science. In addition, he enjoys travelling to new places and playing beach volleyball.

Sarisha Alwis
Receptionist
Sarisha joined Cooper Newman in 2022 with a passion to further develop her communication skills and to gain more work experience. She is currently studying a double degree of Law and Commerce at Deakin University.
Outside of work, Sarisha likes to watch tv shows and enjoys going for long walks while listening to music.

Hayley Vozzo
Sales Assistant
Hayley joined the team as a Sales Assistant after completing her tertiary studies in business at RMIT University. She is a passionate individual who is excited to commence her career in real estate.
Raised in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, she has been drawn to the appeal of helping people achieve their dreams with the emotional reward and career satisfaction that goes with it. She spends her down time with her family, friends, and her Golden Retriever Jontey. She also enjoys watching local sport on the weekends.

Penny loves all things creative and has an eye for styling. Having significant experience in visual communication she enjoys the process of preparing and transforming a house for sale so that it is presented to it’s full potential.

Presently, he is studying a double degree in Law and International Studies with a major in International Relations at Deakin University
